In Avaids we have especially
custom made conveyors for different types and sizes of printed
circuit boards. In order to enhance the production with the help of
customized conveyors, latest technology and skilled man power is
available in Avaids to produce 400 to 500 cards at the same time.

Power supply is one of the
most important part of Obstruction warning system. Which is
manufactured in house to maintain the quality of the product. Power
supply is assembled and tested by our in house engineers and the
quality is checked at all the levels of manufacturing process.

Testing of Aviation Warning
Lighting system is done on every level & stage of manufacturing
but we also conduct final testing of system before it is ready for
packing. In testing the system undergoes from different levels of
testing stages which includes testing of over all working of all the
features of the system and visual check and also rigorous burning
test for many day and nights. |
